How long does my Discowoo license stay active?
Your license is valid for 12 months from the day of purchase. During this time you get full access to updates, new features, support, and unlimited imports.
What happens when my license expires?
Your Discowoo plugin will continue to work, but imports and syncing will be disabled until you renew your license. Your store stays online and your products remain visible, only Discogs importing is paused.
Will my subscription renew automatically?
Yes, automatic renewal is enabled by default so you never lose access to importing or updates. You can turn off auto-renew anytime with a single click in your account dashboard.
Can I upgrade from the 1-site plan to the 3-site plan later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time. The system automatically calculates a pro-rated price, so you only pay the difference based on the time left in your current license.
Do I need to buy a new license if I redesign or rebuild my website?
No. As long as your license is active, you can deactivate it on the old site and activate it on the new one anytime.
Can I control how my product descriptions look?
Absolutely. With templates, you define once how your short and long descriptions should be structured. Discowoo fills them automatically using data from each release. It keeps your shop consistent and saves hours of manual writing.
What is your refund policy?
We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if Discowoo doesn’t work as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue. Refunds are not available for change-of-mind or situations unrelated to the plugin (full details in our Terms).
Is there a free trial?
Discowoo does not offer a free trial, but you are fully protected by a 14-day refund policy, giving you enough time to test the plugin risk-free.
Do I have to pay again if I want updates?
Yes, updates are included only while your license is active. Renewing your license ensures you always have the latest features, Discogs API compatibility, and security improvements.
Is Discowoo a one-time purchase or subscription?
Discowoo is an annual subscription, which ensures stable development, new features, and ongoing compatibility with Discogs and WooCommerce.
Can I keep using the plugin without renewing?
Yes, but with limitations. Your store and existing products continue to work normally, but importing new Discogs listings, syncing, and auto-repricing will stop until you renew.
